Petit French Jewelry Box
About: This is an early 20th Century (likely 1920s) leather jewelry casket from France. It bears silverplated style mounts which are a bit Edwardian and a bit Rococo. The lift handle swings open to reveal a padded blue silk lined interior, with key.
Why We Love It: Check out that puffy quilted silk interior! So cute! And the fact that the entire box is black textured leather sitting on little silver ball feet puts this over the top.

Condition: Very nice original condition with the leather showing some wear though not dry or cracking. Once ball foot has a dent. Silk interior is bright and fresh.
