Cold Painted Bronze Parrot

$175.00

About: This sweet little 19th Century cast bronze parrot proudly sits on a turned brass base. He is cold painted and retains his brilliant blue and red plumage, likely hailing fro Vienna, Austria.

A symbol of chastity in Victorian times, his little intact glass eyes see all.

Why We Love It: He has an honest patina and is just plain handsome. After enjoying him for a while, he’s developed a little personality all his own. You’ll see.

Condition: He is in good condition with some losses of paint and a crack in one glass eye but with an overall gentle warm patina.

Dims: 4.25” tall

Location: Philadelphia, PA
