Bronze Paperweight Trinket
About: Late 19th Century bronze turned ornamental piece. Likely engine turned, we’ve been using this as a paperweight but it’s actual use remains a mystery. It could be a wax seal, shiva lingam or scale weight. Base is marked “T A” as shown
Why We Love It: This little nugget’s radial turning lines and overall patina are perfect. Looks English in design and materials use.
Condition: Excellent as show with a lovely warm patina.
Dims: 2.5” H x 2” Diameter
Location: Philadelphia, PA
